This is a sensory voyage of discovery guided by the Abbot of Alcalá la Real. You will discover through your sense of smell, taste, touch and hearing a magical place that is out of sight… Are you ready for this? You will experience a number of sensations which, so as not to spoil the impact, we cannot explain here; we’re sure you understand this.

         Palate Seduction with the Abbot is an extraordinary activity. A dinner with dishes that originate from centuries ago, you will be invited to visit with your imagination various scenes of the history of the Fortress of La Mota, through a stimulation of the senses.

         It all begins at the Abbey church, where you will be greeted by one of our guides. A mysterious character will then present you with a blindfold that you must wear throughout the event. This blindfold will allow you to experience, but not see, the secret garden of the Abbot, a magical place where anything can happen. Mobile phones and electronic alarms of any kind must be switched off; it is important to remain silent to avoid disturbing the experience of other diners and the magic of this personal visit.

         When it is all over and you can see once again, you will be presented with a small gift that will enable you to relive, when back at home, the voyage back in time that you experienced at the Fortress of La Mota. A voyage that has somehow changed your life thanks to the Abbot of Alcalá la Real and his secret garden.
